Recipe for Fried Crispy Prawn Spices
Preparation
1 packet of spices
500g seafood (prawn / fish fillet / squid) (Bite sizes)
7 tablespoons of water (125ml / 4.22oz)
Method
1. Add water to spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.
2. Coat seafood with batter mixture and deep fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
Cooking suggestions:
*Keep prawn tails intact
*Suitable with vegetables 500g e.g. carrot, pumpkin, onion etc.
