Recipe for Salt-Roasted Chicken Spices
Preparation
1 sachet of spices
600g chicken with skin
Note: This packet contains 2 sachets of spices, 20g each.
Method
1. Rub spices over dry chicken.
2. Pre-heat oven for 5 mins (230-240oC). Place chicken with skin face up on tray. Roast for 15 mins. Turn chicken over and roast for another 10 mins. Serve hot.
