Recipe for Black Pepper Meat Spices
1 white & 1 black colored sachet both inclusive in packet
300g chicken breast fillet or beef fillet (Cut into strips)
Onions, green and red capsicum (Cut into cubes)
1 tablespoon cooking oil (15ml / 0.5oz)
1. Coat meat with spices from the white colored sachet and deep fry for 3 mins till golden brown.
2. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry onion and capsicums for ½ min.
3. Turn off fire. Add in meat and spices from black-colored sachet and stir fry for another ½ min. Serve hot.
