Recipes for Singapore Noodles Spices
Preparation
1 packet spices
500g noodles/ instant noodles
200g cabbage (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tablespoons cooking oil (30ml/1oz)
Method
1. Pre-heat wok, add oil and onion slices
2. Add cabbage and stir fry for 1 min.
3. Spread spices evenly over softened noodles and stir fry for 3 mins on medium heat. Serve hot
