Recipe for Singapore Fried Rice Spices
1 packet of spices
800g cooked rice
2 eggs
100g prawns
1 sauge (bite sizes)
6 spring onions
2 tablespoons coking oil (30ml/1oz)
2 tablespoons water (30ml/ 1oz) 
1. Add oil in pre-heated wok.
2. Stir-fry eggs and cooked rice for 5 mins over medium heat.
3. Add spices, prawn and sausage and continue to fry for ½ min.
4. Add water evenly around the wok, continue to fry for ½ min. Garnish with sliced spring onion. Serve hot.
