Recipe for Orange Peel Red Bean Dessert
1 sachet of dessert mix
2 bowls water (500ml / 17oz)
* 1 bowl ~ 250ml
1. Dilute approx 125ml water with dessert mix.
2. Boil 375ml water.
3. Pour in prepared mixture and simmer on low heat till thickens. Serve hot.
Cooking suggestions:
Optional to add Gingko nuts, Lotus seeds or Glutinous rice ball (Tang Yuan).
To prepare with Glutinous rice ball, do not thaw. Add in when frozen and stir continuously to avoid sticking to the pot.
