Recipe for Orange Peel Red Bean Dessert
1 sachet of dessert mix
2 bowls water (500ml / 17oz)
* 1 bowl ~ 250ml
1. Dilute approx 125ml water with dessert mix.
2. Boil 375ml water.
3. Pour in prepared mixture and simmer on low heat till thickens. Serve hot.
Cooking suggestions:
Add Gingko nuts, Lotus seeds or Glutinous rice ball (Tang Yuan).
