Recipe for Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert
Preparation
A) Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert

1 sachet of dessert mix
1 can of cream corn
4 tablespoons evaporated milk (60ml/2oz)
4 bowls water (1000ml/34oz)
* 1 bowl ~ 250ml
Method
1. Dilute approx 125ml water with dessert mix.
2. Boil 375ml water.
3. Pour in prepared mixture and simmer on low heat till thickens. Serve hot.
Preparation
B) Honeydew Sago Dessert

1 sachet of dessert mix
30g sago (Pre-soak)
300g honeydew (Diced into cubes)
4 bowls water (1000ml/ 34oz)
* 1 bowl ~ 250ml
Method
1. Dilute approx 125ml water with dessert mix.
2. Boil 375ml water and add sago. Simmer for 1 min.
3. Add in honeydew cubes till boiling.
4. Pour in prepared mixture and turn off heat upon boiling. Serve chilled.
