Shark Fin Soup

Recipe for Scallop Shark Fin Soup


Preparation

  • 1 sachet of spices

  • 100g enoki mushroom (Root Removed)

  • 1 egg

  • 4 bowls of water (1000ml/ 34oz)

* 1 bowl ~ 250ml


Method

1. Boil 875ml water.

2. Place enoki mushroom in boiling water and simmer 2 mins.

3. Blend dry mix with 125ml water. Stir in till broth thicken. Turn off fire.

4. Beat in egg. Serve hot.

Note: To enhance texture and flavors, include shark fin (250g) and crab meat (20g).
