Recipe for Salt-Roasted Chicken


Preparation

  • 1 sachet of spices

  • 600g chicken with skin

Note: This packet contains 2 sachet of spices, 20g each.


Method

1. Rub spices over dry chicken.

2. Pre-heat oven for 5 mins (230 - 240°C). Place chicken with skin face up on tray.

3. Turn chicken over and roast for another 10 mins. Serve hot.
