Recipe for Kung Pao Chicken
Preparation
1 packet of spices
450g of chicken
2 cloves of garlic
8 pcs dried chili
50g peanuts (optional)
3 tablespoon water
2 teaspoon cooking oil
2 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Hua Tiao cooking wine
1 teaspoon corn flour
Method
1. Marinate chicken with oyster sauce, corn flour and sesame oil.
2. Heat wok with oil, stir fry garlic, dried chili and marinated chicken on high heat.
3. Pour and mix spices evenly, add in water to simmer until gravy thicken on medium heat.
4. Turn off heat, evenly stir in cooking wine, garnish with peanuts.
