Fried Rice

Recipe for Fried Rice


Preparation

  • 1 packet of spices

  • 800g cooked rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 100g prawns

  • 1 sausage (Bite sizes)

  • 6 spring onions

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (30ml/ 1oz)

  • 2 tablespoons water (30ml/ 1oz)


Additional information (Average):

2 eggs = 114g (57g each)

1 sausage = 95g

6 spring onions = 18g (3g each)


Method

1. Add oil in pre-heated wok.

2. Stir-fry eggs and cooked rice for 5 mins over medium heat.

3. Add spices, prawn and sausage, continue to stir fry for 1/2 min.

4. Add water evenly around the wok, continue to stir fry for 1/2 min. Garnish with sliced spring onion. Serve hot.
