Recipe for Mee Goreng
Preparation
1 packet of spices
500g noodles/ instant noodles
200g cabbage (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2 tablespoons cooking oil (30ml/ 1oz)
Method
1. Pre-heat wok, add oil and onion slices.
2. Add cabbage and stir fry for 1 min.
3. Spread spices evenly over noodles and stir fry for 3 mins on medium heat. Serve hot.
