Fried Noodles

Recipe for Mee Goreng


Preparation

  • 1 packet of spices

  • 500g noodles/ instant noodles

  • 200g cabbage (sliced)

  • 1 onion (sliced)

  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil (30ml/ 1oz)


Method

1. Pre-heat wok, add oil and onion slices.

2. Add cabbage and stir fry for 1 min.

3. Spread spices evenly over noodles and stir fry for 3 mins on medium heat. Serve hot.
