Recipe for Fried Crispy Prawns


Preparation

  • 1 sachet of spices

  • 500g seafood (prawn/ fish fillet/ squid) (Bite sizes)

  • 7 tablespoons of water (125ml/ 4.22oz)


Method

1. Add water to spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.

2. Coat seafood with batter mixture an deep fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Serve hot.
