Recipe for Emperor Herbs Chicken

Preparation

• 1 sachet of spices

• 1 kg chicken wing (Cleaned)

• Aluminum foil & wrapper (Included in packet)

Method

1. Apply spices on the external skin and internal of the chicken.

2. Wrap chicken with wrapper followed by aluminum foil.

3. Steam for appx 2.5 hrs on low heat.
