Coconut Dessert

Recipe for Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert


Preparation

  • 1 sachet of dessert mix

  • 1 can of cream corn

  • 4 tablespoons evaporated milk (60ml/ 2oz)

  • 4 bowls of water (1000ml/ 34oz)


Method

1. Dilute approx. 125ml water with dessert mix.

2. Boil 875ml water.

3. Pour in prepared mixture and simmer on low heat till thickens. Turn off heat, add canned corn and evaporated milk. Serve hot or chilled.



Recipe for Honeydew Sago Dessert


Preparation

  • 1 sachet of dessert mix

  • 30g sago (Pre-soaked)

  • 300g honeydew (Diced into cubes)

  • 4 bowls of water (1000ml/ 34oz)



Method

1. Dilute approx. 125ml water with dessert mix.

2. Boil 875ml water and add sago. Simmer for 1 min.

3. Add in honeydew cubes till boiling.

4. Pour in mixture and turn off heat upon boiling. Serve chilled.
