Black Pepper Meat

Recipe for Black Pepper Meat

Preparation

  • 1 white & 1 black colored sachet, both inclusive in packet

  • 300g chicken breast fillet or beef fillet (Cut into strips)

  • Onions, green and red capsicum (Cut into cubes)

  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil (15ml/ 0.5oz)


Method

1. Coat meat with spices from the white colored sachet and deep fry for 3 mins till golden brown.

2. Heat wok with oil. Stir fry onion and capsicums for 1/2 mins.

3. Turn off fire. Add in meat and spices from black-colored sachet and stir fry for another 1/2 min. Serve hot.
