Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert Powder

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Creamy Corn Coconut Dessert (mixed with 1 rice bowl of water)
  2. 1 can of cream corn
  3. 4 tablespoon of evaporated milk
  4. 3 rice bowls of water *apprx 750ml
 

Method:

  1. Stir in Seah's Spices Creamy Corn Cococnut Dessert(pre-mixed) into boiling water. Keep stirring till thicken
  2. Add in cream corn
  3. Turn off fire when boil and add in evaporated milk.
  4. Stir till even. Ready to serve!

Note:
Taste better when served chilled

Ginseng Chrysanthemum Powder

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Ginseng Chrysanthemum Powder
  2. 4 rice bowls of water *apprx 1000ml
 

Method:

  1. Add in Seah's Spices Ginseng Chrysanthemum Powder teabag into boiling water
  2. Continue boiling under low fire for 30 minutes. Ready to serve!

Taste better when served chilled
Suitable for diabetics

Red Beans Dessert with Orange Peel

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Red Beans Dessert with Orange Peel (mixed with ½ rice bowl of water *apprx 125ml)
  2. 1½ rice bowls of water *apprx 375ml
 

Method:

  1. Boil 1½ of rice bowls fo water
  2. Add in prepared Seah's Spices Red Beans Dessert with Orange Peel with water and simmer under low fire
  3. When boil, serve hot!

Note:
Optional to add Gingko Nuts, Lotus Seeds or Glutinous Rice Ball (Tang Yuan).
Add in Glutinous Rice Ball when frozen (do not thaw for preparation). Stir continuously to avoid sticking to the pot.
