Pepper Salt Prawn Spices

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Pepper Salt Prawn Spices
  2. 600g of mid-sized prawns
  3. 3 tablespoons of cooking oil
  4. 1 tablespoon of water
 

Method:

  1. Heat Wok, pour in cooking oil. Fry prawns evenly.
  2. Add in 1 packet of Seah's Spices Pepper Salt Prawn Spices, mixed evenly.
  3. Add in 1 tablespoon of water, continue to fry for 1 minute and it's ready to serve!

Note:
Beancurds can be used to replace prawn, adding spring onions, parsely and red chilli for taste and garnish.

Black Pepper Crab Spices

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Black Pepper Crab Spices
  2. 2 tablespoons of oil
  3. 1 kg of crabs
 

Method:

  1. Cut each crab into 4 pieces, steam for 5-7 minutes. (drain off excess liquid) 
  2. Heat up wok with cooking oil.
  3. Add in Seah's Spices Black Pepper Crab Spices. Fry till fragrant and turn off fire.
  4. Add in crabs and stir them well. Serve immediately! 

Black Pepper Spices (Beef/ Chicken)

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Black Peeper Spices (Chicken/ Beef)
  2. 300g of meat in bite-sized
  3. 1 Onion, 1 Red & 1 Green Capiscum (cut into bite-sized)
  4. 3 tablespoon of cooking oil
 

Method:

  1. Marinate meat with the white packet of spices.
  2. Deep fry for 5-7 minutes
  3. Add in cooking oil into hot wok to fry onion and capsciums.
  4. Turn off fire and add in deep-fried meat.
  5. Sprinkle in the black packet of spices and stir for another minute. It's ready to serve!

Note:
Other meat like pork or mutton can also be used to replace Chicken/ Beef.
