Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Five-Spiced Fried Chicken Spices
  2. 1 kg of chicken wings or chicken meat (cleaned and with skin intact)
 

Method:

  1. Apply Seah's Spices Five- Spiced Fried Chicken Spices onto the chicken wings evenly.
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Deep fry in pre-heated oil until chicken turns golden brown. Serve hot.

  2. 1 kg of chicken wings or chicken meat (cleaned and with skin intact)
 

Method:

  1. Apply Seah's Spices Prawn- Flavoured Fried Chicken Spices onto the chicken wings evenly.
  2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Deep fry in pre-heated oil until chicken turns golden brown. Serve hot.

Fried Crispy Prawn Spices

Preparation:

  1. 1 packet of Fried Crispy Prawn Spcies
  2. 500g of med-size seafood or vegetables in bite pieces (cleaned and drained)
  3. 7 tablespoons of water
 

Method:

  1. Add water to Seah's Spices Fried Crispy Prawn Spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.
  2. Coat Seafood or vegetables with batter mixture and deep-fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Serves hot.

Note:
Seafood (fish fillet/ squid ring etc) or Vegetable (onion, capsicum, long bean etc) can be used to replace prawn.
