- 1 packet of Five-Spiced Fried Chicken Spices

- Apply Seah's Spices Five- Spiced Fried Chicken Spices onto the chicken wings evenly.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- 500g of med-size seafood or vegetables in bite pieces (cleaned and drained)
- 7 tablespoons of water

Method: |
- Add water to Seah's Spices Fried Crispy Prawn Spices and whisk till batter mixture is ready.
- Coat Seafood or vegetables with batter mixture and deep-fry in pre-heated oil until golden brown. Serves hot.
Note: Seafood (fish fillet/ squid ring etc) or Vegetable (onion, capsicum, long bean etc) can be used to replace prawn.
